Located in Tulum, 5 km from the beach, between jungle, cenotes and nature reserves. This beautiful house, modern and authentic, has two bedrooms, a large garden, and a private pool. It is a character house, built in 2015, in unique and local materials. The house is located in Holistika, an ecological park and well-being, in the jungle. It was built with all the passion and love for the area.
It is a long-time project and was built over time, in a passionate and very personal way. The 'Risueña' (smiley) is equal to locals' way of life and way of being.
It is located in the middle of nature, and only two minutes from the town center. The neighborhood gives priority to the environment and well-being.
It has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. A sofa-bed is available in the living room but has rare measures (160cm x170cm) and is better for a child. One of the bedrooms has its own shower. There is another separate shower. Super-equipped: kitchen, oven, fridge, coffee machine, TV, fans, air conditioner and Wi-Fi.
